I've seen most games on roll20 which has decent support and a lot of players have tables already set up. There's a pack floating around for Foundry but I haven't fiddled with it yet. Tabletop Simulator also has an excellent mod table that looks fantastic and has some of the more popular homebrew offerings as well as some alternate art to help differentiate things a bit.
