I see it as something that should come in a map, instead of having to download a mod, to fix a mod. But that's just me.
I see it as for a quite decent "FREE" map for a game, Having to use a mod that i assume basically anyone modding Fs22 already has to buy the land at the start isnt too much of a problem to have to deal with....
