newest update (just now) if u lose jetpack to slug in rift, you lose it permanently
EDIT: seems to of been caused by jetpack falling on top of character when I go downed by slug
In my playthroughs such thing doesn't happen.
Could you share a video of that if possible? It would help me understand the problem better.
