I think you have to redo all the h-sences

It's not about playing a new game, it's about redoing the character's h-scenes a second time

You need to get max affection with all the characters or high enough to unlock h-scenes. I'm not too sure since I haven't played the game in awhile and might forget some things. But I hope this helps with your concern :)
