Also just a brief fix for anyone reading these comments:

If the UI context menu of the screen fails to display, set the resolution of the game to 1920x1080 or 1680x1050.

The UI doesn't seem to work at smaller resolutions and changing this setting in the escape menu will fix it.

okay but HOW do I change it to these? I wanted to check a few settings and after one click on the resolution I only have small bad resolutions to choose from. Reinstalling sadly does not fix it.

I'm guessing here, but if reinstalling doesn't default settings back to normal, then they might be saved in the users -> appdata -> LocalLow folder. Its hidden on your hard drive by default and many applications save settings here which persist between installations. Try to delete the Starvy folder there and see if that resets things?

Sadly that did not work either. I was hoping to just find a file where the resolution could be manually fixed but I am unable to find the right one. Somehow this game is both really well made and also weirdly not in that aspect.

Try navigating to either your C: or D: drives and locating a folder named "MyNewGame", after you find it, go inside and edit "TermineSettings.xml" to get the resolution you want. That should probably fix it?

OMG, I never would have imagined it being on the "D:" Drive cause thats just a USB Stick I used for something and it automatically installed it there, thats also why the game loads so slow. It would be good to change the installation in a way that it won't install in that way. Thank you so much.
