Ohh yes, let me rephrase it, Its legal to do pretty much anything with the tileset. If you do a game using the tileset and then you want to sell your game, thats totally fine sure. I meant to not re sell my tiles, legal yes, but not a nice move. Going to edit that part anyway. Thanks for the comment!
