My windows anti-virus keeps detecting a tojan file in this, whats up with that??? " Trojan:Script/Wacatac.B!ml "

I just did a scan on 3 different computers , one of them at at a different address with the downloaded file. There is nothing.
I press download and it immediately blocks it , idk what the issue is but I dont wanna allow it and something happens, is it false????
