k so, thing is, i need a better gamemaker subscription to export to nsp, so it doesnt matter if i can set up the sdk or not.
dang.. i would recommend russellNX, but i have no idea where to find it anymore. the github repo seems to be down. it was meant to allow for people to compile an NSP for free while also trying to be legal in the process.
