The scene looks great - don't get me wrong. It's the questionable consent of the whole thing, especially since the sister that actually has the MC's dick in their mouth is clearly not about to suck his dick when she's awake. I feel like if you just change the BJ to the sister that does wanna suck his dick, no one would bat and eye. Like it would make sense why she's mad he almost leaves again (after she confesses and blows him) and it makes sense in her character arc (as far as I've read, obviously idk future arcs etc.).
