All you gotta do is add the new sprites to mod_sprites and the ych character will be fully swapped out no need to remove anything. To note though you will need that special 'idle.png' sprite to let the game know you have mods it should look for
What's the idle.png sprite? I didn't have it when I download it
It's just whatever custom sprite you're wanting to have for the YCH dom
