not sure what i did. but getting the first Dark Orb from selena, letting gallienne get taken by ceres for the second time, or finishing the time machine stuff fixed it and i could go get the second fire orb
Try to deal with the problem of the second artifact later. If all conditions are met, it is usually available the next day.
