Yes, China has strict gaming regulations, but only for minors, and currently only for games that have a license in China. （To charge in the game must be a license, but this policy is only good in mobile games, other platforms are difficult to implement）So the vast majority of computer games, console games, and especially games on steam/epic are not affected. Many itch games have millions of views on Chinese video sites but viewers don't know where to download or buy them, or they aren't translated in Chinese by the hosts themselves.
