Yep windows stops game .exe files preventing them from running or sometimes even being downloaded. Happens with most downloaded games on here. You'll have to manually allow it to be downloaded and run.
I have had this checked by colleagues they are able to download and play it without any issues. I think you would need to configure four program settings manually to stop deleting it. You can find that by a simple google search.
