Interesting game! I felt it this is a cool concept and has some good potential. Though I wanted to say the learning start time is kind of long, as it took me a bit to get an idea of what was going on. Like Ready2Run mentioned, maybe having some premade boss might help. Also maybe consider having a hand holding tutorial which walks the player through making their first boss and getting to the arena would help too.
