I haven't played the game nor checked its files so I don't know for sure how it works. One of solutions for that can be downloading Cheat engine and learning how to find HP value. Then, when the game starts, give yourself more hp. If something else is an issue, like food or sleep, then maybe find those values and change them. If there's an enemy, maybe change your coordinates in game. You can also try to open filesave and check if you can modify it - which wouldn't require you downloading and learning Cheat engine.
