Indeed you will need to use one account to submit the entry. My recommendation would be to make it a team account, so that you can create a fun little page about your group. I will post an updated version soon, but in the meantime here is the FAQ from the LocJAM5.

Thank you! Perhaps I've skipped this information, but can I register a team account with the same email as an existing personal account?

Just rename your personal account as the account of the group.
In other words, the email you're using makes no difference, it's all down to the name and content you put inside it.
