Ntr isnt gender specific. In the simplest terms i can explain is specifically netorare is the pov haveing MC partner stolen away,while netori is the pov of mc doing the stealing. Both fall under the umbrella term NTR. And i believe cheating is technically considered its own thing as "technically" the partner isnt necessarily "stolen" just unfaithful as a 1 off(ish) event. Although lets be honest..it rides a hardline no? Lol.

As Rixter said NTR is an umbrella term, which I always took to mean "Not The Relationship," so any pairing including at least one of two characters in a relationship with each other, and any other person. Usually the MC is one of the people having sex, either cheating or stealing someone else's partner, but sometimes they can also be the one being cheated one!
