Okay I got it to work by doing Windows + R, dragging the game file to the window that opens, entering --rendering-driver opengl3 right after, and hitting enter. So the full command prompt should be something like:

"C:\Users\Name\Folder\That's not my neighbor.exe" --rendering-driver opengl3
