I think I reached a dead end on the mission that says "Help your father with Quincy or enjoy your day off."
Is there any content after that?

That is the end of the content for the freeroam path. There should even be a message at the bottom of the scene, telling you this. "(Freeroam) End of Content."
The only paths that go further are the Father path, the Francine path, the Slooty Rumor path, the Thea path, and the Marie path.
Everything else, is still work in progress. I plan on adding some freeroam stuff that the player can do if they don't care about the main story stuff, but that will be for a different update.
