You receive a medallion of time when you defeat him. Has anyone figured out what you do with it? Is the game finished after that?

The Medallion of Time causes a button to appear on the Dawn, Day, and Dusk meter. When you press the button, it alllows you to move to the next time period without sleeping, working, dueling, or any of the other ways you can progress to the next time period. A simple and almost unnoticeable change to the game! Haha! Hope that helps
