It's servers, that locations in Kazakhstan, Moscow and etc for way download MODS and have CLOUD SAVE/CROSS-SAVE without using your hand in ziparchiver, folders and etc. 60$ give you way download modification from game. Have cloud save, that you can use in other your devices and play, like a steam. And yes, it costs money.
