All you can do is probably reduce QualityLevel in Settings.json, path (%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Lewd Project\Lewd Invasion\NaninovelData\Saves). And reduce the resolution in the game itself. But I don't think it will give a boost to performance :/
