I mean, that is what the Love status menu is for.
I think they mean like in the Love status menu, there would be like "2/7" events completed, because as of right now theres no way to tell how much or how little story a character has
Ah, I will add that once all the character's quest have been added. Adding it right now would only cause further confusion.
