I guess it depends on your definition for some of these tags. If by harem you mean can the player get all the bitches, then yeah. The player will be able to "romance" basically every woman, you won't be limited to just one or two at a time. NTR/sharing will show up, again depending on how you define NTR at least, and there will definitely be at least a couple futa scenes. There's a specific story I'm going to tell but I'm also leaving myself some wiggle room to add scenes to cater to my audience, so long as they don't derail the story.
If you've played the game you might've noticed that one of the characters is developing/discovering a breeding kink. Now I'm not going to pretend like you'll be able to get every girl pregnant during the game, the idea is to have some of the endings focused on a particular girl and their particular content. So there'd be an oops-all-bimbos ending and an oops-all-preggers ending. There will be a few characters who might get pregnant earlier but there's a lot of context behind that statement. If you're looking for a game heavily focused on impregnation, I'm sorry this isn't it. If you're looking for a game that has some impregnation/breeding content, in about two weeks when the new release goes public there's going to be some of the earlier content for that particular character.
