This is so weird. I have exactly the same graphic card in one of my PCs and it works. I don't understand what might be happening.
Please, try to run it from the command prompt.

Open command prompt by typing on Windows Icon and writing: cmd

At the terminal go to the SFTA folder, lets say for instance that the game is located at: D:\Games\SFTA

Then first type the main letter like this:

C:\>D:

Then:

D:\>cd Games\SFTA

There should be an exe file in the folder, then type:

<your folder>SFTA_v0.13_windows.exe --video-driver GLES2

This will change video driver to a lower version. Let me know if this helps
