Man I really don't know then. I did find this: "D3D DEVICE HUNG errors mean that your GPU driver has crashed. Sometimes, rarely, it is a genuine driver crash but most of the time it is a result of Windows TDR (Timeout Detection and Recovery), which, if the hardware at any time does not respond within the default 2 seconds, Windows will automatically kill and restart the graphics driver." 

If it's a laptop from 2011 then I'm leaning towards a hardware/compatibility issue. Possibly RAM if it's not a GPU problem. Sorry a solution couldn't be found : {

It's a pity, but this laptop works very well, all the drivers are updated, sometimes after installing Windows, by the way, this is a problem in the Unreal Engine itself, when I launched games on it, when I went through the first mission it crashed, I checked the errors and they are the same, although this has never happened before :)
