Thanks everyone for your help and support, but I've already figured it out by myself, so no hard feelings... In case anyone else need this: If your dragon's daughter is 'obedient' she won't take your consort or will give it back immediately. If she is 'disobedient' she'll take your consort and won't give it back. If she is 'thoughtful' than she will think about it and consider... Her personality based on lessons you gave her during her childhood. The needed scenes are triggered at your horde's camp and in some captive's chambers. Here's the table of replies:
