there will most likley be some issues with the physical appearence of the MC and Steams policies unfortuneatly
Could do it how Kagura does it and do the "patch" route where the game is stripped of major sexual content and the patch readds said content. Kagura Games does this all the time for games that would not normally be approved and it works for them.
