Scum-save the fight and you good to go. Just be high enaught lvl to just brute-force the fight. Save before every status/crit roll and just repeat till you get good roll. 

And if you want to beat her "fair" then buckle up- farm tons of exp and respec for high-crit build. Whatever makes you feel better

Stock up on centaur spikes and spam them on dark perpetual while keeping yourself alive. Poison spammmmm

Grind the maze by fighting massive hoards of elves with the maze level-scaled to get enough lvl to brute force through her. I fought her at lvl 90 because of this trick lol.
