Why is Baldi saying "Oh hi" so glitchy and taking so long?

I know that he was voiced by AI. I was talking about the shuddering he does. Also, clicking on him doesn't skip said shuddering.
I made this when i was much younger, so i wont really remember that much stuff about this game. I don't really care about this game no more, since I'm working on much better games than this.
