Nah. I mean, it has some pretty macabre themes in it... but in a way it's analogous to how the absurd amount of violence in the Kill Bill movies makes you numb to it, I guess?

It's pretty fucky, lots of trauma, dark themes, violence, horror, mental bullshit.
If you're weak to those don't read it, if you want to read it my only suggestion is do not start with leo's route (the split for the routes it quite obvious it lists all the characters at once)
