I liked shooting around that felt "fluent".  The music and sound effects were not made for me. I found them unpleasant and disturbing. Maybe a volume slider would have helped.

The general idea of switching the meaning of collectibles was not innovative but here well executed. The main thing I'd change is to have more consistency and less reading. People don't like to read in  action oriented games.

It wasn't meant to be so much action oriented, more like puzzle based, but i agree is a weird mix.
