I can't draw either so I don't make projects that require stolen art.  There are plenty of amazing text-based fetish novels/ IF out there that don't need a visual element to be great. I probably would have adored this.

calling AI stolen art is cringe.

Technically speaking, it is stolen art. AI art requires training data, and in order to build that training data you need actual art made my human beings. I'd say it's only stolen if you're using AI art solely for profit and/or without proper credits.

That's just me though. You do you fam.

Believe it or not, that's pretty much how humans work too. Nobody's work is '100%' original. Everyone draws inspiration from somewhere, whether it be consciously or unconsciously. Similarly, AI requires inspiration to function.

AI doesn't require "Inspiration." It requires data. Furthermore, inspiration is totally different from taking someone else's work, modifying it a bit, and claiming it as your own. AI art is more along the lines of tracing art as it were.

Honestly, you should expect art to get stolen if it's on the internet. That's just how it is.

Lol your need to point out the difference between 'inspirtation' and 'data' is pedantic. But I digress. In practice, AI, just like people, can be used in two ways: to appropriate existing art or to create something entirely new. Some individuals choose to copy others’ work rather than make their own; AI tools are no different. Suggesting that AI is only capable of stealing shows a fundamental lack of understanding on your part.
