Hmm maybe I should've unlocked all tracks by default in this version (this is a port from the free mobile app, in which you earn hearts/coins at the end of a race to unlock tracks). Anyway, if you're on Windows, you can go to this path "C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\World Marble Race", open "settings.cfg" with Notepad or other text editor, and change the "hearts" value to 45 or higher if you also want to unlock states. It should be the same on Linux and Mac, but not sure about the path. Hope it helps :)
