I'm pretty sure ending 5 is selecting "no" for every choice. :)

I actually figured it out!
So to get ending 5 you have to select "no" for all of the choices and then you have to select "no, yes, no, yes, yes".
Thank you! I add (for whoever it helps) that a John Foe + folder was generated and you have to play it from there
