if its the backrooms level 0 run to the cafeteria section and run around one of the tall objects it throws them off resetting their line of sight if its level 37 water room run to the centre then pick a direction this also throws them off then if you see them going in one direction go the polar opposite that should lower the chances of them seeing you again so soon
