Hey Anon!
If you're on PC - If you're doing the patch system, drop the patch.exe into the same folder as the AHITR.exe, run it and follow the on screen instructions.
If its the full game download, just extract and run the AHITR.exe in that folder.
For Android, move the .rpa in the "game" folder and delete the old .rpa

So that Android port of the game has 2 components: The Android Launcher and the game itself (which is in .rpa format, and available in either high-res or compressed - The game is rendered in 1080p for both of these versions, the compressed has lower image and video quality).
You'll need to grab both of these to run the game on Android. We actually have a handy step by step visual guide here:
