Change the zoom level of your browser. Browser games operate on a virtual canvas that is not the actual screen resolution. It is far, far lower. Zoom in and then activate fullscreen. Depending how the game implements fullscreen, that might help. If it is one of those games, you can also press ctrl and plus minus while having fullscreen active.
