For the second, you need to know people's traits. In order to invite someone, they need the exhibitionist trait. and probably a high enough relationship with your character.
I need to know how to invite people first. Do you message them on the phone or something?
You get the option to invite someone when you go to start a stream in CollegeCams, just above where you can add toys.
