go into the zip file and look for mindustry.exe
I don't see mindustry.exe but I do see an application which doesn't open
Edit:Actually never mind the application is an .exe file and I got it working
hmmm. maybe you downloaded the wrong one like,ios or something and also check every folder but there should be industry.exe somewhere:)
