The art and setting is incredible, although I didn't get enemies or anything like that, I was just walking for minutes
You need to repair the first tank and drive it through the first upgrade to begin the encounter. Sorry if that was confusing, I probably should've locked off the open world until after the encounter begins. I've love if you'd give it another shot.
