Thanks for rep. You're the 1st person having that. Also it's seems it crashed on pregnancy checking scene for Claire. Unless you play it on other device than PC with windows.
But does it happen on a start of the game or when you reach a certain point? I didn't have a chance to test it on windows 9 but it works on both 10 and 11
