if it was the sudden influx of purchases that flagged it, you can get that reversed but you'll have to escalate up like two layers of management to get to the people who will listen instead of just following the flowchart
please keep us apprised of the situation so we can make sure the money actually gets to you. I'm happy to wait if that means I can be sure you're getting the money and its not going to end up in limbo/paypal hell.
