A decent effort with a clear difficulty progression, beginning menu with instructions and controls is a good touch that means there is no messing about once the game is loaded.

However, there are a few issues. Firstly, there is no way to exit the game without alt-f4/alt-tab which isn't a major thing. Next, it appears that the game will not run without the data.win file, and there is no description on this page from what I can see that mentions this, consider making the game easier to play. Perhaps you should have had some lives instead of one number getting past causing a loss. Finally, free scrolling mice and trackpads have a clear dominant strategy in just rapidly moving up and down, although on the average mouse this isn't really possible, in addition, such mice and pads really struggle to get to the menu which describes the number's behaviour which I only found by using a non-free scroll mouse.

That being said, I liked the numbers having different movement patterns with harder movements the higher the number. The intention and designed method of play was clear and it was very easy to pick up, but a closer look at Quality of Life changes would have made a big difference.
