Same issue here; I bought this on Itch months ago but can only download the 0.84 versions.

Me too. This never happened with any other game I bought on Itch that raised price and had add-ons.

Same issue, not sure why, literally says [1.03] at my page but no download link

So my guess is, and this is quite cynical, but, I suspect they've given up on the itch.io version, now that the Steam version has gone live. That's all they seem to care about at present, given their recent update posts, which, is actually quite annoying. So I wouldn't be holding out for them to patch the latest itch. updated version to the app for a while, if at all.

Not just an explanation. A download of the release version would also be required. ;)
