When i tried to install the android version it said app not installed as app is not compatible with phone, i tried both version neither worked, is there some way i can fix this
That's an issue we're struggling with a lot right now, I don't really know what you can do other than trying to find ways in the settings to allow older versions to run anyway, sorry!
