Tip: Don't release a game unless the game is actually finished next time.

Say it to Bethesda Game Studios.

Bad advice

Huh? You think every game is a console game? That every releases, the plot is already finished? Even console games takes much years to release even if they have  a BIG  studio/company.

Its like saying dont release anime episodes until they completed animating all the LN content

Sometimes you rather stay shut the hell up if its not worth anything

Ok let me rephrase that since a lot of people misunderstand: Don't advertise a game as being "Fully Released" unless it's actually finished.

Hate to break it to you, but this way of operating where partial updates are released periodically with small payments for access everytime is kind of the standard modus operandi on itch.io, lmao

Yeah, if the game is planning on actually being released
