I did not understand how to place store cards once drawn and what the actual goal of the game is. At least you can hunt thieves by raising your hands.

Thank you for playing the game :) The idea is for cards to be placeable by holding click and then dragging with your mouse, letting go where you want to place them, however they will not be placeable if you do not have the money.
Thank you for your feedback, if we improved the game, we would include a better tutorial / explanation in game, as well as making the goals more defined.
