There's no mention of that on this page or the Steam page.

As far as I can see, it's not (and hasn't been since release 2-3 weeks ago) in early access.

This is fixed now btw, was able to download 1.0 today

Was wondering thos as well

I bought it years ago, and can only access the 0.10 version. I got ripped-off.
