Oh man, clever use of death in that first puzzle and solid way to teach me that death is necessary to progress. Well done! I would make sure to lock the aspect ratio programmatically (or design around multiple ratios) as the spike in the first level was cut off until I threw this in full screen mode. Cute sprite and the film grain gave it an interesting analog vibe. Your level design reminds me a little bit of Portal with the repeating pattern but with a twist. I would've enjoyed a little more variety in the layouts however.
